Antonio Marchesi has been a pastry chef by trade for 17 years now and he had a revelation in 2014 when he came back to Australia after working in France for over a year:
There is a great need for real pastries in Australia!
From the beginning, Antonio knew exactly what needed to be done: keep pastries real, authentic and made according to French tradition. My French Pastries uses French flour, quality butter and everything we do is made from scratch, in the pure French tradition.
No premixes, no artificial flavours, no preservatives. Croissants are hand rolled daily.
We recently won the Gold Coast Best Bakery 2019 which has never been done by a home-based business!
We want to continue offering unique, traditionally baked French products.
NOTHING is more important in our kitchen than the quality of our pastries, that is why we choose premium ingredients to guarantee their authenticity.
