Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All workshop bookings must be made in advance via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept payments through secure online methods provided on our website. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop date will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled once for a $10 fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop or no-shows are non-refundable. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability). A rescheduling fee may apply if less than 6 days’ notice is given. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. 4. Minimum Age Requirement Participants must be at least 12 years old unless otherwise stated. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. 5. Group Bookings For private group or corporate workshop bookings, please contact us directly. Group bookings may require a deposit and have separate cancellation terms. 6. Health & Safety Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 5 days in advance. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy may be present). Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants. 7. Workshop Experience Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. All tools and ingredients will be provided. Take-home pastries and recipes are included unless otherwise stated. 8. Photography & Media We may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you request otherwise in writing.
